Please read carefully through our rental "Terms and conditions" and the cottage "accommodation" page prior to booking your reservation. The "Terms and conditions" will form part of our "Rental Agreement" with you.
Check cottage availability dates then call or e-mail "contact us" our office to confirm the availability and request a reservation.
Rental request will be held in your name for a maximum of 5 business days until your signed and completed "Rental Application" and "Required Minimum Payment" are received.
Print and return your signed "Rental Application Form" to our office by mail or courier along with your "Required Minimum Payment" in Canadian funds only. The "Rental Application Form" along with "Required Minimum Payment" must be received within 5 business days from the date of booking in Step 2 or your reservation may be cancelled without notice at the sole discretion of the Owner. An incomplete Rental Application will not be processed.

A "Rental Confirmation" and "Information Package" will be emailed to the Applicant upon acceptance of the Rental Application and receipt of the Required Minimum Payment.
Only the "Rental Confirmation" will constitute a binding Agreement between the "Applicant" and the "Owner" of the cottage. Receipt of "Rental Application" and "Required Minimum Payment" prior to the issuance of a written "Rental Confirmation" does not constitute a binding Rental Agreement (see "Terms and Conditions"). The Owner reserves the right to make the decision as to acceptance of the booking.
The information package will include a map, route directions, cleaning checklist inventory listing, cottage rules and instructions specific to the cottage, emergency contact information, and local tourist information.
Approximately one week prior to the start of your rental period, we will provide instructions about how to obtain keys and access the property.
